BASIC INFORMATION
The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit a research paper to the 31st International Conference Ecological Truth and Environmental Research to be held in Hotel Sunce, Sokobanja (https://suncehotel.rs), Serbia, from 18 to 21 June 2024. The EcoTER’24 conference is intended to bring together researchers and industrial experts to a common forum. We would be delighted to have you present at this Conference to hear what experts and researchers have to share about the advancements in the fields of ecology, technology, chemical engineering, environmental protection, environmental management and their impact on our daily lives.
The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform for the researchers and practitioners both from academia as well as industry to meet and share the cutting-edge developments in the mentioned fields.

TIME AND VENUE
The 31st International Conference Ecological Truth and Environmental Research will be held from 18 to 21 June 2024 in Hotel Sunce, Sokobanja, Serbia (https://suncehotel.rs)
Sokobanja is located in southeastern Serbia on the slopes of Mount Ozren, in a valley consisting of four mountains Ozren, Rtanj, Devica and Bukovik, all of which form the Sokobanja valley. Sokobanja is 52 km away from Niš and 220 km from Belgrade. Sokobanja can be reached from three directions, via Aleksinac from the Belgrade – Niš highway, from the direction of Boljevac via Rtanj and from the direction of Knjaževac.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
The authors are kindly invited to submit their full-length papers (up to 6 pages including figures and tables) till 17 May 2024.
Maximum length of papers is 6 pages (with attachments) format A4, all margins 2.5 cm. The papers should be prepared in MS Word for Windows format; font: Times New Roman (Multilanguage support); 1.15 spacing; 3 pt paragraph after.
The paper should include the following parts: title, full name of all authors, abstract and the keywords, introduction, paragraphs (material and methods, results and discussion), conclusion, acknowledgement (optional) and a list of references. The paper should be prepared in the following way:
- The title (max. 2 lines, centered, font size 12 pt bold, uppercase letters).
- Name and surname of the first author and full name and surname of the second and all other authors (bold, centered, font size 12 pt).
- Affiliations of all authors (centered, font size 12 pt).
- E-mail address of the coresponding author (italic, centered, font size 11 pt).
- Abstract (up to 250 words). Below abstract write three to five keywords (Keywords: xx, yy..), separated by commas.
- HEADINGS should be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold, uppercase letters, left aligned. There should be one line space (12 pt) before the headings.
- Subheadings should be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold, sentence case letters, left aligned.
- Sub-subheadings should be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, italic, sentence case letters, left aligned.
- References should be quoted by numbers in square brackets [].
- Tables should be prepared in Word or Excel and figures in Excel. Figures should be prepared as scanned (tiff, jpeg, gif or png format).
- Above tables and below figures write captions, font size 11 pt, italic, centered (Figure 1 Yx…, Table 1 Yx….,).
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The authors are kindly invited to submit full papers before 17 May 2024.
The paper should be submitted by filling the registration form (https://eco.tfbor.bg.ac.rs/register).
One author, as the first author, can submit three papers at the most.
All papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Conference.

PUBLICATION FEE
Only papers accepted by the Scientific Committee and for which authors have made advance payment for publishing will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Participants are kindly requested to pay advance registration fee of 144 EUR (20% VAT included) until 24 May 2024. For PhD students advance payment is 120 EUR (20% VAT included) until 24 May 2024.
The registration fee includes: conference Proceedings and other materials, conference lunch, refreshments during the breaks and excursion.
The payment for the accompanying person for the conference lunch is € 20 (or RSD 2 400). Participants are kindly requested to pay advance registration fee for accompanying persons until 24 May 2024.
If authors are unable to attend the conference, their accepted papers will be published with a publication fee of 72 EUR (20% VAT included) paid until 24 May 2024.
The authors can present their accepted papers via ZOOM platforme. Participants are kindly requested to pay advance registration fee of 72 EUR (20% VAT included) until 24 May 2024.

EXHIBITION
An exhibition will be held during the Conference in the exhibition hall, which will be a good opportunity for the companies dealing with environmental, recycling and sustainability topics and the related fields to introduce their products and services. Exhibition will be open throughout the Conference.
Exhibition fee of 350 EUR for one delegate includes exhibition booth, Proceedings and other materials, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during the breaks and Conference lunch.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The 31st International Conference Ecological Truth and Environmental Research will provide letters of invitation to participants who need such a document for providing an entry visa.
In order to receive a letter of invitation, participants need to submit their paper during registration, and after reviewers positively evaluation, and payment the registration fee, participants may request a letter of invitation from the Organizing Committee of EcoTER.
However such letters do not commit the EcoTER to provide financial support to holders of this document.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents involving Conference participants or the accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal properties as well as the expenses caused by cancellation, regardless of its cause.
Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance agents regarding coverage.
PROGRAMME
The Conference will be organized in sections, including plenary lectures, section lectures, oral and poster presentations. The lectures in plenary sessions will be given by invited lecturers. Papers will be presented in oral or in poster sessions. The oral presentation of papers is limited to 10 minutes. The Final programme of the EcoTER’24 can be found here.
